Common Area

Entrance to the office is guarded by Alarm System and a card access system. There is a deadbolt for after office hours security.
Corridor leading to rooms. Notice the floors are 2x2 tiles and elegant lightlights are used.
Common area for fax, copy, print and scan. Also the water dispenser for hot and cold water. Notice the infrared CCTV on top.

Discussion room entrace has a 2-leaf wooden door.
This room has view to the outside. 42" Plasma TV for presentations via HDMI or VGA from the computer. A DVD player is also available.
Discussion Room can fit 4 users comfortably. Room 1

Room 1 (200 sqr ft) with views to the front.
Foldable partition if tenants would like to have 2 rooms. Otherwise, it will be covered and locked.Room 2
Room 2 (180 sqr ft) has foldable partition on both sides. It's door is facing the void area thus will get better lightings.

Room 4 has vertical blinds and a wooden glass door. Tenant will have to cover the glass if privacy is required.Room 5

Room 5 has an escape exit which leads to an external corridor and stairs. Access to Room 5's escape is provided by its tenant if required.Room 6

Room 6 (80 sqr ft) is the smallest room and equivalent to the discussion room size.
Exterior

Ground Floor is a distributor of timepieces. 1st and 2nd floor is tenanted by a direct selling company.
Admiral Offices is on the 3rd Floor of the building.
Roller shutters at the entrance. Tenants are provided with keys to roller for access.
Stairway is exquisitely renovated and painted.
View outside of Room 1 and common area corridor. Full view up to Menara PGRM. The highway under construction links from Taman Maluri and exits right in front of this building.
